Your area of responsibility
- Support of Microsoft Windows domains, servers, Exchange servers
- Administration of network/firewall and VPN components
- Administration of user profiles in Microsoft Active Directory
- Administration of the monitoring system for hardware and software components
- Administration of backup structures
- Hotline support for users in our plants in Germany and abroad with on-site technical support including our external partners
- Support of the Baramundi environment for locations - Germany, Poland & USA
Your know-how
- Extensive IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft server environments.
- Know-how in server virtualization, ideally with VMware and HCI solutions.
- Independent working style and flexibility.
- Communication skills in exchange with users
