Your area of responsibility
- Machine set-up and operation of stamping and bending machines
- Checking and monitoring series production through worker self-monitoring via the CAQ system (Babtec)
- Product and primary material labeling, scrap separation and proper disposal
- Material provision and supply of the systems
- Machine maintenance, order and cleanliness in the department
- Carrying out maintenance work on the presses according to the maintenance plan
- Active participation in CIP projects
- Observing the applicable work and process instructions, as well as safety and environmental protection regulations
Your know-how
- Completed vocational training as a punching and forming technician (m/f/d) or machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
- Experience with the operation of a CAQ system
- Professional experience in setting up and setting up presses/punching and bending machines or good experience in a comparable field of activity
- High deadline and quality awareness
- Independent work and approach to problem solving
- Willingness to work shifts
- Team and communication skills
