Highest precision and maximum flexibility
Our modern machinery includes 10 high-precision Bihler automatic punching and bending machines, which enable efficient and high-quality production. We process material strip widths from 0.8 to 125 mm and material thicknesses from 0.8 to 4.0 mm.
During the production process, the strip edges are rounded directly inline.
Some of our systems work with interlinked processes, such as automated assembly, joining, and testing within the production flow. In addition, we have Bihler systems with integrated laser welding to efficiently manufacture complex components in a single step.
