Precision and flexibility in toolmaking
Our modern machinery includes 10 high-precision Bihler stamping and bending machines, which enable efficient and high-quality production. We process material strip widths from 20 to 125 mm and material thicknesses from 0.8 to 4.0 mm.
During the production process, strip edges are rounded directly inline.
Some of our systems work with interlinked processes, such as automated assembly, joining and testing within the production process. We also have Bihler systems with integrated laser welding to efficiently manufacture complex components in a single work step.
