1ST PLACE IN THE FEELGOOD COMPANY COMPETITION

We have been working successfully with the Feelgood fitness studios for several years to promote health in the workplace. In this context, the 2nd Feelgood Company Cup was launched to create a sporting incentive in addition to promoting team spirit. Last Friday, 3 teams (employees of Hiby, Gris & Schürholz) competed to determine the winner of the Feelgoodcub. All teams were highly motivated and fought exciting and thrilling duels on the sports field. There were 6 disciplines to be completed: Relay race (4 × 400 meters), push-ups, 30 minutes of indoor cycling, plank, 30 minutes of endurance running and tug-of-war. The teams not only fought for every point with great ambition, but also with a lot of fun. The teams spent six months preparing for this competition and it was worth it for us: WE WON!

Angelo Castrignano began his career at Schürholz 25 years ago today as a QA employee. After taking over as QA manager some time later, he moved to the sales department, where he subsequently became sales manager. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of Schürholz Stanztechnik. On this occasion, the works council, shareholders, management, management circle and our former, now retired employee Franz-Josef Specht came together today to congratulate Mr. Castrignano. We are extremely pleased and would like to thank Mr. Castrignano for 25 years of drive, inventiveness and entrepreneurial skill!

SCHÜRHOLZ CONTINUES TO BE AN EXCELLENT TRAINING COMPANY

We are delighted to have once again received the "Excellent Training Company" award from Ertragswerkstatt GmbH in Werdohl, which is intended to provide young people with neutral, reliable and credible guidance when choosing their training company. In addition, the training company is rewarded for its continuous commitment and efforts in the area of training. We would like to thank our trainees for their positive evaluations and our trainers for their daily commitment. Yesterday, we were also able to congratulate four of our former trainees on completing their training and their achievements. Since January, Mr. Ferhat Aydin has joined the Schürholz team as a machine and plant operator, Ms. Weronika Juszczyk as an industrial clerk, Mr. Jan-Felix Klein as a tool mechanic and Mr. Selim Öztas as an industrial mechanic. The particularly good performance of our trainees is worth mentioning.
